Maison Ventenac Tete en L'Air Chardonnay

A beautiful unoaked chardonnay from the Pays d’Oc region in southern France. Given the sunnier climate of the region, this transfers to the richness of this wine backed by an aromatic complexity of citrus, mango, honey and subtle toasty notes. A balanced structure on the palate both lively, rich, with a silky texture. Super lemony with a nice minerality, it is a precise, fresh and rich wine.

Aged on lees in stainless steel tanks for 2 months. 

Pairs well with seafood, particularly shellfish like oysters and prawns, as well as lighter fish dishes like hake. Also great with sushi and sashimi, and can be enjoyed as an aperitif.
