Valminor Albarino

This wine won a platinum medal and was awarded 97 points at the 2025 Decanter World Wine Awards (which means it’s good…!) Valminor is the flagship wine from renowned producer Adegas Valminor located in the south of the Rias Biaxas region of northern Spain. A zesty wine with a great mix of citrus and peach fruit, and a hint of honeysuckle on the palate. Fresh and classic in style but with an appealing texture and softness. It has good length driven by the acidity and intensity of fruit and floral characters. A classic match with seafood - think mussels and oysters as part of a seafood risotto or pasta dish.
