Thistledown Cloud Cuckoo Land Greco/Fiano/Zibibbo

A low intervention wine made from Mediterranean grape varieties in south Australia - who would have thunk it? Definitely people from Cloud Cuckoo Land…a vibrant, textural white wine with hints of almond blossom, quince and ripe pear. Tangy, almost exotic but pithy and delicious.
