Domaine La Lauzeta Corteza - Syrah, Grenache and Carignan blend

In 2015 Tom Hills bought two old vineyards in the Languedoc to create Domaine La Lauzeta, and immediately began organic conversion. He has quickly gained recognition, and his wines are listed on 17 Michelin starred restaurants in France.

An unoaked blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan, matured in tank for one year with flavours of plum and cherry, and definite notes of garrigues herbs – or everyone's favourite TV detectives - rosemary and thyme.

This wine works well with spicy dishes, smoked oily fish or seared red meats.
