Xavier Cotes de Rhone bottle

Plenty of blackberry, raspberry and ample minerality on the nose. Medium to full-bodied with beautiful concentration, a layered, balanced feel and great length. Aged for 12 months in 80% concrete tank and 20% old oak barrels. A beautiful drink.

A great match for braised lamb or beef, aubergine dishes and vegetable couscous.
