Mira do O - Dao

Hand harvested and blended before fermentation. Natural slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks before 10 months aging in old oak barrels. Ruby colour with aromas of cinnamon, cherry and cocoa. Full of freshness and elegance but with depth and power, it is dense with silky tannins and a long finish. A perfect all rounder!
