L'Appassione Rosso Trevenezie

Complex, with notes of red cherry, raspberry, blackberry, tobacco, and hints of leather. this wine is velvety, smooth, and rounded on the palate with a warm, fruity, and spicy character. Made using the appassimento method where the grapes are hand-picked and partially dried, followed by fermentation and aging for several months in oak barrels. Bags of flavour! As expected, works well with rich gamey food and tomato based sauces.
