Funkstille Skin Contact Orange

Funkstille translates as ‘radio silence’ and every now and then we could all do with a bit of Funkstille in our lives! This range is a fantastic introduction into Austrian wine.

This delightful blend offers up notes of ginger, white pepper and flowers, with an underlying hint of green tea and mandarin. Fabulous razor like acidity, gentle tannic grip from the skins and generous fruit with every mouthful. A great starting point for those with a curiosity to explore orange wine.

Perfect with roasted vegetables, Alpine cheese such as Comte or Gruyere, or risotto bianco.
