Won a Silver Medal in Wine GB Awards 2025. 

This sparkling wine has a mid-salmon hue, small bubbles; griotte, raspberry, cranberry, fresh yeast overlay; Brut-style, very tart acidity, light body, brittle mousse texture, savoury finish.

Great on its own or with canapes.
