Hand harvested and certified organic wine. Made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes from a 25-hectare plot in the Loire Valley. 

Bright citrus fruits and pear on the nose. The palate has superb minerality paired with light citrus fruits, green apple and pear. Aged on lees for four months in stainless steel tanks with batonnages, this wine is well balanced, round with a great freshness and a vibrant finish.
