Dandelion Lioness of McLaren Vale Shiraz

A classic Barossa Shiraz! Matured for 18 months in aged French oak barrels before bottling without fining or filtration to capture the essence of the vineyard. 

Aromas of plum, complemented by more notes of violets, pepper, chocolate, and rosemary. On the palate, the dry tannins and refreshing acidity support the black plum and wild raspberry fruit flavours.
