Cossetti Gelsomora Gavi DOCG

Clementina Cossetti is the fourth-generation winemaker in the heart of Asti, where her family has been farming for well over a century. 

This is a classic example of a Gavi - fresh, crisp and dry with citrus notes, green apple and hints of floral notes. Great with seafood, light pasta dishes, grilled white fish, and dishes with herbs and olive oil. Also a good match to vegetarian dishes and salads.
